Just Wolfs

Now having this blog and not saying a word about one of my favorite animals the wolf is crime in my book.
So ye as you guest i dedicate this post to wolfs,because they are awesome.

Here some interesting facts about them that i know:
1. Wolf packs can number from 4-36 wolfs working together as family.

2. Wolfs are territorial animals so they will defend there territory if they decide that your threatening the rule. Well would you do the same if someone enters your home? Wolfs have huge territories they can range from just 130km to 13,000km.  

3. Wolfs live in dens. The dens, normally the wolf chose a naturally made shelter and make it there den, but if there is no such thing they can even make it underground(this is mostly temporary until they find some better place.

4. All wolfs are hunters, but not all the time. If there is a litter(around 6 pups) on the way to be born from 1 to 6 wolfs will stay to guard the den and protect the pups.

5. Wolfs are not picky about there food. They don't mind eating anything from mouses to mouses. But prefer to kill weak or sick animals.

6. Wolfs can communicate to each other using gestures, signs and postures.
Wolfs show there friendliness by rolling  on the ground and showing there bellies.
When they waggle there tail and place paws on the ground next to each other it mean they want to play. When they grow and show fangs you better back of slowly. A wolf shows when he want to be left alone by laying on the ground and putting there ears back.
